Kayli & Erik | Engagement in The Grove St. Louis

Kayli & Erik’s engagement session was my very last session before our world was turned upside down. Like many other small business owners, my business has come to a halt for probably many months to come. During this time, I am going to be catching up on sharing all of my weddings & sessions from the past year of my amazing clients!

These two are the sweetest humans ever! (and yes, I say that about all my clients because it’s true) We chose The Grove for their session, and started at Urban Chestnut. I love shooting at Urban, such great textures and light! And awesome beer of course. Afterwards, we meandered down the street stopping at various spots that we liked. Towards the end as the sun was starting to set, Kayli changed into this STUNNING red dress! It could not have been more perfect for the beautiful sunset we got. And yes, we did attempt a photo in the middle of busy Manchester on a Saturday evening. It took many tries but we finally got the shot! We had so much fun.

If things turn around by the end of this year, they get married in December and I remain hopeful that by then life will be a little more normal. Hang in there everyone! Stay safe, stay healthy, check on your loved ones.
