What was your wedding planning experience like?

Wedding planning was super fun and exciting! We were engaged for about a year and a half so there was plenty of time to finalize all of the details. When COVID first happened, that was the only time when planning became stressful. It was tough for us to decide how we would adjust our wedding plans. Ultimately, we decided to proceed with our ceremony and postpone our reception. Re-doing our guest list to account for social distancing was a difficult process, as we wanted all of our loved ones to be able to be present. Luckily, we were able to film a livestream and share our special day with those that could not be present. Our day still felt so special because the focus was simply on our love for each other and beginning our new life together. We look forward to celebrating next year!
