Micro Weddings

& Elopements

If you are wanting an elopement or smaller size wedding, I have a special package just for that! Micro weddings have been a great option for couples lately, and are so sweet & intimate. Coverage starts with 2 hours.

Weddings

Base pricing for weddings starts at 6 hours of coverage and includes a complimentary engagement session. I assist in helping you build a custom package that fits your needs & wants!

Couples

Engagements & couples sessions start with one location and 90 minutes of shooting, and a second location/more time can be added on! I love to make each session unique to you and I help with choosing an amazing location(s).

The Process

so how does it all work?!

Booking Process

My booking process is simple, so you don’t have to stress about the boring stuff. Here is what my process looks like step by step:

initial consult before booking to see if we’re a good fit & get all of your questions answered
make it official with a retainer of 30% and contract to reserve your date, all done with ease online
complimentary engagement session (if included), to give us a chance to take photos & get to know each other better before your big day
final consult to go over the timeline & all the fun details of your day
final payment due 2 weeks prior to your day
wedding day!
receive a sneak peek of your photos within one week & your full gallery within 8 weeks

the experience

I strive to create a meaningful & fun experience for all of my clients. There is so much more that I offer besides just taking pretty photos. Here are some of the things you can expect when working with me:

after booking with me, all wedding clients will receive a vendor guide with all of my top recommendations for other wedding vendors in the area (florists, hair & makeup, etc.)
timeline building: putting together your timeline for the day can be stressful, so i am here to offer guidance on how to structure your day
location scouting: before your day, i will visit your venue to get a feel for it & look for amazing spots to take photos. i also provide suggestions for photo locations if you are undecided

I strive to be a helpful resource to all of my couples when planning their day, inlcuding building a timeline, suggesting photo locations, and recommending other great vendors. My goal on your wedding day is to capture YOUR story and what makes you unique. All the little unseen in-between moments of the day are just as important as the big ones!

FAQ

How long have you been photographing weddings?

I started back in 2015 by assisting other wedding photographers, and have been officially doing them on my own for 8 years now. I have photographed over 100 weddings total.

Do you always have a 2nd shooter & who are they?

Adding on a 2nd shooter is an additional cost, however I highly recommend it! I have one consistent shooter who has been working with me for a few years now, and a couple of backups if she is not available.

How many images will i receive?

It truly depends on each unique wedding day (length, size of wedding, family size, etc). However, I would say the average for an 8 hour wedding day is anywhere from 600-800 fully edited high res images.

what happens if it rains on my wedding day?

Don’t let a little rain get you down! I continuously check the weather leading up to your day, and if the forecast calls for rain we will make a backup plan for photos either indoors or at a covered outdoor area. I also provide several cute, clear umbrellas so we can take dreamy rain photos. I tell all of my brides “let your dress live it’s best life”; meaning, don’t be afraid to get it a little dirty and have some fun!

how many locations do you recommend for wedding days?

In my experience, the less locations the less stressed you will be on your day. The more places we have to go back and forth to, the greater chance of things getting behind or feeling rushed. 1-2 is ideal generally, depending on the size/length of your day.

do you offer albums & prints?

Of course! I think printing your photos is super important. There’s something special about holding them in your hands vs seeing them on a screen. There is an amazing built-in store in your personal gallery where you and your friends/family can order prints & other products!

lifestyle

While I do a lot of weddings & couples, I also LOVE documenting lifestyle sessions as well. These types of sessions are very laid-back and not at all posed or stiff. I create natural, authentic images with guided posing and prompts. The result is a stress-free experience with images that are true to you. With families, we let the kids be kids and capture all of those imperfect, candid moments. For seniors & college grads, we let the creative juices flow and I put you at ease in front of the camera so you can be yourself.
